Inspired by the legend of ‘The Brindle Cuckoo’, each bottle of award winning Cuckoo Gin is lovingly distilled with fresh water from the farm spring, using ingredients that are locally sourced and grown on site at Holmes Farm. Gin Experience 3-4 hours The distillery offers a visitor experience for the keenest of gin fans. Combined with an informal talk about the creation of the distillery and their award winning Cuckoo Gins, a full tour of the distillery is provided with up to 4 Gin Cocktails and some nibbles to soak up the booze! The main event sees you pick your own botanicals and create a gin recipe to distill in your very own mini pot still. After distillation, you package your Brindle Distillery
full size 70cl bottle of gin and have it signed off by the Master Distiller. The recipe is then kept on file and is available for reordering in the future from the distillery website. Max group size of 12. Cuckoo Gin Group Tours Sample all 3 Cuckoo Gin perfect serves with around 30 guests at a time. Hear insight into the emergence of Cuckoo Gin from its humble beginnings to its exciting future plans. Guests will be guided around the distillery, introduced to the machines and have the chance to view the botanicals up close and personal. Admission prices include £5 discount on any 70cl Cuckoo Gin on the night.
