INGREDIENTS METHOD Cuckoo Spiced Gin ‘Backstabber’ by Cuckoo Gin METHOD
• 60ml Cuckoo Spiced Gin • 20ml lime juice • 15ml ginger syrup (1:1) • 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters • 15ml of egg white • Ginger slice or crystalised ginger garnish • Hibiscus Flowers
1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. 2. Add ice and shake for 15 seconds. 3. Double strain your cocktail into a rocks glass over ice. 4. Garnish with the Ginger and Hibiscus Flowers.
