Double Decker Rocky Road by The HAPPA Cafe
INGREDIENTS
• 500g milk chocolate • 125g golden syrup • 125g unsalted butter • 100g mini marshmallows
• 200g digestive biscuits (chopped) • 200g Double Decker Bar (chopped)
METHOD
1. Line a 9” square tin with parchment paper and leave to the side.
2. In a large bowl, add in the chocolate, golden syrup, unsalted butter and melt on a low heat over a double boiler, or in the microwave on short bursts until fully melted then stir until smooth! 3. Once its melted and combined, add
in the mini marshmallows, chopped digestive biscuits, and chopped Double Decker bars and fold together evenly.
4. Pour your mixture into the tin and spread until it’s even. 5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set, chop up, and enjoy!
