A brand-new celebration is arriving in Fleetwood! The first ever Fleetwood Food, Fish and Music Festival is set to take place at the historic Fleetwood Market over the weekend of 14th -16th August and it's not one to miss. A three day festival offering a full weekend of flavour, fun and fantastic entertainment close to the sandy beaches on the coast of the Irish Sea. The town has a long history of fishing and trade, so you can expect an exciting variety of stalls showcasing the freshest local produce, the very best of Fleetwood’s famous seafood, artisan produce and more. Plus, there will be live music, including a headliner slot on Saturday night from The Deadbeats, walkabout characters and plenty of family friendly entertainment too. Pottery studio at Barton Grange Opened April 2026 A brand-new pottery painting experience is now available at Barton Grange Garden Centre. The Potting Shed Studio is designed for all ages and abilities to relax, have fun and get creative. Choose your favourite piece of pottery and paint it in your very own design. Once complete, it will be fired in the kiln then you can take it home for your very own keepsake. Items include mugs, figures, photo frames, vases and more, with items appealing to young and old, it's a great activity to keep creative minds entertained.
